What this service is

Ppmly is software for planned preventative maintenance records: a free check sheet, and a paid plan that keeps the asset register, the schedule and the completed visits.

How we are paid

Ppmly Pro is £50 a month, billed monthly by Ellul Solutions Ltd. We are the vendor and you pay us directly for the software, with no intermediary and no commission from anybody else in it. It renews until you cancel it from your account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Ppmly charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Ppmly never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index lists every free sheet on this site with what it works out, and can be downloaded as a CSV.

No warranty

The worksheets do the arithmetic printed beside them on the figures you enter. What a statutory inspection requires, whether an asset is safe and who is competent to certify it are not decided here, and this site gives no advice on any of them.
