Ppmly is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

What you type into the enquiry form (your name, your email, your organisation, its size and what you tell us), and, if you open an account, the assets, schedules, visits and documents you keep in it. Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted; you can ask for deletion of your enquiry or your account data at any time, and deletion of an account removes the maintenance record in it.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: Ellul Solutions Ltd runs Ppmly and nobody else receives your enquiry or your maintenance record. Payments are processed by Stripe, and email is sent by our email provider, both acting on our instructions.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@ppmly.com. We respond within one month.
